Position 1: Candy Cook (No Experience Needed)

Pay: Starts at $22/hour — with opportunities to grow
Schedule: Full-time | On-site in Phippsburg, CO

You’ll be trained to help craft the best-tasting honey caramels in the
world. No prior experience required—just bring your good vibes and
strong work ethic.

Position 2: Candy Chef (Experienced)

Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | On-site in Phippsburg, CO

We’re looking for a culinary creative to lead production of our signature honey caramels and develop new flavors, recipes, and products.

In this role, you’ll:

• Take charge of candy production from start to finish
• Maintain consistency and quality in every batch
• Innovate and experiment with new ideas
• Collaborate on seasonal launches and product development
• Work with real ingredients in a joyful, purpose-driven environment

You Have:

• Experience in candy-making, pastry, or culinary production
• A love for precision and creativity
• Strong kitchen and leadership skills
• The ability to lift 60 lb honey buckets (yep—still real)
