Shipping

We ship via USPS mail Monday - Friday. Orders are generally shipped within two business days. You will receive an email as soon as your product has shipped.

We do not accept returns on our caramels because they are a food product. But, please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way and we are happy to make it right!

We currenlty only ship within the U.S. 

Our candy factory is located in Phippsburg Colorado, right outside of town from the Steamboat Ski Resort. 

Do you offer tours of your factory or farm?

We currenlty are not offering tours of the factory, but you can check our farm website for event dates here....

Do you use eco packaging?

Yes! Our wrappers are made from tree pulp (cello) and our bags are made from post consumer recycled plastic. We are passionate about being as eco friendly as we can!
